Every so often, amidst the bustling energy of BBR, a singular individual emerges, casting a radiant glow that transforms our gathering into more than just a community—it becomes a tight-knit family. Kaiser, as we've come to affectionately know him, embodies a spirit so vibrant and welcoming that one might assume he is on the payroll at BBR. His infectious charm and genuine warmth have touched each of us in ways we can hardly express. So here's to you, Kaiser, for embodying the essence of what makes BBR not just a place, but a home. What was your first impression of BBR? What did you see or hear and how did it compare to your experience?
A little unsure of the but after one session fully converted and fell in love the community, the staff, the inherited lifestyle changes.
RESULTS! Thank you for being vulnerable enough to share. Can you please tell us your results since starting at BBR and in the last 6 week challenge? Weight loss? DEXA Scan? Blood work? Body fat and lean muscle? Belt sizes ? Dress sizes?
When I started 6 months ago I was 102kg now after 6 months I'm 85kg and in the best shape of my life
Ryan shares the work space with us at T.I systems so I’m fortunate to have him keep me accountable. If I go off plan he usually records it and posts it on social media. Leading into the easter break he caught me having a burger for breakfast and pizza for lunch. He tried to name and shame me but I had worked so hard I knew I deserved it. We have some good banter in the office.
What other benefits have you experienced since joining BBR?
Enriched community, new friends with similar mindsets and a new outlook on life.
What challenges did you have to overcome during the 6 Week Challenge?
This was my second 6 week challenge and the struggle was food but understanding macronutrients allowed for some slight variations and I tried some different ways to cook my meals which was a game changer. Their is some flexibility within the food plans you just have to be creative and put the effort into your food prep. Saves time, money and it’s efficient having my meals ready to go as my days are quite busy.
What surprised you the most about your experience during the 6-week challenge?
Level of commitment from everyone and after the 6 week challenge the fact people are continuing, amazing!!
How did the support from the community or your fellow challenge participants contribute to your success?
Without the support of like minded individuals, this would of been so much more difficult, members and staff contribute to the success of the challenges.
What strategies or habits did you develop during the challenge that you plan to continue in your fitness journey?
Self control with alcohol and food, I basically do not drink anymore and whilst I only drank fortnightly prior, the absence of this has allowed me to feel so much stronger and better for myself. More clarity, more productive every day.
Any inspiring words for people who are considering participating in the next 6 week challenge?
You have one life to live, make yourself the best version of you all. Other elements of your life will be enhanced I can assure you this.
