BBR’s best of Member of the Month posts
As we dive into 2022 and start making plans and goals for how our year might look, we thought you might like some inspiration courtesy of Bodies by Ryan members who have done amazing things. We searched deep into the BBR blog vault and soaked up the beautiful words of wisdom shared over the past few years from some very special people. We hope some of their stories resonate with you, like they did with us, and spur you to believe in big things for yourself this year.
One of our BBR mumma bears is looking better than ever, digging into a renewed mindset after some injury challenges rocked her in 2020. Simone Wright always gets back up and in 2021, she got in the best shape of her life as she ticked off her 51st birthday. We can’t wait to see what Sim has in store for 2022.
You might fall over in shock when you hear one of our BBR’s sweetest members works for the federal police, although when you see her incredibly tough mindset and ripped physique – maybe you’ll believe it. Jen Howell has gone through some challenges and we loved learning about how she’s overcome them and looks so dang good.
This member is about to hit five years with BBR, one of our longest members and a very good friend of Rhino’s. He’s absolutely crushed his goals and in 2021 hit a milestone goal… Rich Self has put a very positive angle on the term ‘dad bod’.
Pushing through nerves, weapon Wendy Mitchell joined us two years ago and hasn’t looked back. Her worries that previous injuries and her age would be hurdles she couldn’t overcome were steadily broken down as her muscles and confidence built up. She started initially to support her gorgeous daughter Claire and has stayed on for herself. We adore Wendy and love her story.
We hope you loved our selection of blogs as much as we loved revisiting them. If you’re ready to make big changes to your health (physical and mental) this year, sign up for the first challenge of 2022 which begins February 7. Contact Ryan Devereux on 0400 850 782 for more details.
