Our HIIT Classes are for those who love to be challenged, to sweat, and use a mixture of weights, cardio equipment and bodyweight movements in their session.
HOW THE CLASS WORKS

You will be taken through a 6-8 minute warm up that will mobilise, activate and prepare you for the workout to come.

Your coaches will demonstrate every movement of the workout and explain exactly what you should feel.

HIIT programming days work in alignment with muscle groups being trained, which means you can train your lower body in strength one day and know you’ll be training your upper body the next day in either HIIT or Strength.
Functional – 3 exercises repeated without rest for 6-8 minutes
Supersets – 2 exercises repeated without rest for 6-8 minutes
Tabata – 3-4 exercises repeated 4-5 times without rest (30 seconds working sets)
Circuit – 12 exercises repeated without rest for 12 minutes

After 32-36 minutes of hard work, the music will change and your coaches will guide you through breath work and stretching to leave you feeling centred and focused for the rest of the day.
