Our strength classes are for those who want to improve strength, and increase lean muscle and bone density. Our main focus in the strength gym is perfecting your form and technique so you perform all exercises safely, while working towards your goals.

HOW THE CLASS WORKS

  • You will be taken through a 6-8 minute warm up that will mobilise, activate and prepare you for the workout to come.

  • Your coaches will demonstrate every movement of the workout and explain exactly what you should feel.

  • Strength gym programming days work in alignment with muscle groups being trained, which means you can train your lower body in strength one day and know you’ll be training your upper body the next day in either HIIT or Strength.

    Supersets – 2 exercises performed followed by 45 seconds rest repeated 4 times

    Giant Sets – 4 or 8 exercises performed followed by 2 minutes rest repeated 4 times

    Compounds – 1 exercise performed followed by 60-90 rest repeated 4 times

  • After your workout, it’s now time to lay down your towel and relax as your coaches take you through breathwork and stretches to leave you feeling centred and ready for the day ahead.

  • Periodised strength workouts (6-8 and 12 week program blocks).
