Kate's Incredible Transformation Journey
Kate's journey at Bodies by Ryan (BBR) Jolimont has been nothing short of inspiring. In just a few short weeks, she has made remarkable progress, transforming both her body and her mindset. BBR: Firstly, How long have you been training at BBR and what brought you to BBR / How did you find us?
KO: I joined December 28th after receiving a voucher from my husband for a PT Session with Ryan.
Signed up for the 6 week challenge straight away to give me the push I needed.
What was your first impression of BBR? What did you see or hear and how did it compare to
your experience?
I was shitting myself that Bodies by Ryan meant I needed to be in shape before I rocked up but
it was the complete opposite. Loads of awesome trainers and information given along the way
to help you achieve your goals. They push you to your absolute limit and then some more
because they know you can do it.
RESULTS! Thank you for being vulnerable enough to share. Can you please tell us your results
since starting at BBR and in the last 6 week challenge?
Weight loss 8.8kgs
DEXA Scan Results BMI Down
Body fat 4.8% down
Blood work Lowered my cholesterol
What other benefits have you experienced since joining BBR?
Feeling stronger, fitter, more comfortable in clothes, no cravings, decreased alcohol and
caffeine.
What challenges did you have to overcome during the 6 Week Challenge?
Stuck to the plan 98% of time. Broke bad habits. Realised it is ok to say No to people or
temptations.
What surprised you the most about your experience during the 6-week challenge?
How easy it was to stick to once I started. Plenty of food, never hungry, more time due to meal
prepping. Routines make life easier.
How did the support from the community or your fellow challenge participants contribute to your
success?
Making friends and training together and being able to laugh and have fun. Everyone is super
encouraging.
What strategies or habits did you develop during the challenge that you plan to continue in your
fitness journey?
GYM EVERY DAY! Gym is life now.
Meal planning and prepping. Loving my nightly walks.
Any inspiring words for people who are considering participating in the next 6 week challenge?
JUST DO IT! Don’t wait for anything or any day. No excuses, there is never A good time to start,
every time is a good time to start.

Most embarrassing thing you’ve ever done in the gym? Rocked up on a public holiday class at
6:15am but it started at 6am.
Proudest moment in the gym? Highest height of box jumps.
