BBR: Firstly, How long have you been training at BBR and what brought you to BBR / How did you find us?
TL: I joined BBR Airport when they first opened and have been training at BBR for just over a year now.
What was your first impression of BBR? What did you see or hear and how did it compare to your experience?
From day one I have loved the programming of the classes plus the trainers are all great at what they do. They take the time to build rapport with the members, are super knowledgeable and motivating.
RESULTS! Thank you for being vulnerable enough to share. Can you please tell us your results since starting at BBR and in the last 6 week challenge? Weight loss? DEXA Scan? Blood work? Body fat and lean muscle? Belt sizes ? Dress sizes?
Since starting at BBR I have managed to loose 5kg and maintain it. The biggest difference for me has been losing fat and building muscle at the same time. I am the healthiest I’ve ever been but also the leanest and feeling strong.
What other benefits have you experienced since joining BBR?
Made great friends with likeminded goals and training with a group that inspires you to be better everyday.
What challenges did you have to overcome during the 6 Week Challenge?
Sticking to the plan and changing my diet instantly but it was worth it at the end.
What surprised you the most about your experience during the 6-week challenge?
How quickly I could see results by sticking to the meal plan and how satisfied I can be whilst in a calorie deficit.
How did the support from the community or your fellow challenge participants contribute to your success?
My challenge buddies were always encouraging and always pushed me to get the most out of every session. We checked in a few times each week and motivated each other along the way.
What strategies or habits did you develop during the challenge that you plan to continue in your fitness journey?
Prioritising myself and to make the time to do what I enjoy and look after myself at the same time.
Any inspiring words for people who are considering participating in the next 6 week challenge?
Bite the bullet and challenge yourself. It’s you vs you and you will overcome challenges everyday that make you stronger.

Laying out my gym towel during the middle of a class, only to find I had folded it with my underwear stuck to it so when I put it down they flew across the room.
Proudest moment in the gym?
Doing 8 consecutive chin ups.
