Meet Sandra—a force to be reckoned with. Her unwavering focus and dedication have made her a standout member at BBR. We’d go so far as to call her a fitness addict, and for all the right reasons. Sandra doesn’t know the meaning of “still.” Whether she’s in the gym or outdoors, she’s always on the move. Her commitment to physical activity is inspiring, and it’s contagious. When Sandra joined BBR to support her friends Rebecca and Linda, little did she know that she’d become an unstoppable force herself. Our trainers unanimously agree: Sandra is a force multiplier. BBR are very friendly, encouraging and very particular on the detail to make sure we do all of the exercises correctly. I have only heard good things about BBR and they lived up to what i had heard.

I lost about 5kg, it was a challenge but glad I did it, I didn't do the scan as I wasn't too concerned about losing weight but i did gain lean muscle. Dress size dropped
