This is our newest challenge program at BBR. We’re going to hit 2025 with a BANG! This challenge format 28HARD was created to challenge you, build resilience and doing something HARD to kickstart your year!
The Challenge
Training - Train x 2 per day every day 28 days (strength, HIIT, cardio, Yoga, Pilates)
Nutrition - Stick to the Food Plan for 28 Days
Personal Development - Read 10 Pages per day
Recovery - Aim for better sleep quality, meditate, ice bath and sauna if possible.

Knowledgeable and Professional Coaching
Supportive Community
(no weekly check ins or photos with this challenge, we’ll have a big group all working hard together but the main focus will be training hard, no bells and whistles just sweat and determination)
