Jordan’s Remarkable Transformation at BBR

BBR: Firstly, How long have you been training at BBR and what brought you to BBR / How did you find us?

JR: I started towards the end of January for the February challenge. I'd been working out at with group boxing/fitness classed for the previous 18 months and had found I wasn't getting the results I wanted. The 6-week challenge seemed like a good opportunity to step up our commitment.

What was your first impression of BBR? What did you see or hear and how did it compare to your experience?

First six week challenge went better than expected. The nutrition made a huge difference to my energy and focus levels throughout the day, although admittedly I only kept to the diet rigidly for the first two weeks. After the results we decided to stick to the new training schedule over 9 months and see how much more we could improve.

RESULTS!  Thank you for being vulnerable enough to share. Can you please tell us your results since starting at BBR and in the last 6 week challenge? Weight loss? DEXA Scan? Blood work? Body fat and lean muscle? Belt sizes? Dress sizes?

I started at 92kg with 29% body fat and 68% lean mass. After the 6 weeks, I was still 92kg (13g difference), but my fat content dropped by 6%, and I put on 6% in muscle).

What other benefits have you experienced since joining BBR?

A big difference in energy and focus levels throughout the day.

What challenges did you have to overcome during the 6 Week Challenge?

I absolutely loved the 5am meditation start - Meditation, and gym done and I still have most of the morning free.

What surprised you the most about your experience during the 6-week challenge?
I felt like I had better results by doing it as a group

How did the support from the community or your fellow challenge participants contribute to your success?

Great, I always had someone that sympathised with me about the diet.

What strategies or habits did you develop during the challenge that you plan to continue in your fitness journey?

5am rise, morning meditation and gym. Diet has also changed, with more protein and less takeaway.

Any inspiring words for people who are considering participating in the next 6 week challenge?

If you stick to the diet and training regime, you will definitely see an improvement.

Wore outfit inside out because I got dressed in the dark.

12 pull-ups in a row.
