BBR Success Story!
Elisha’s Remarkable Six-Week Journey at BBR
Elisha’s six weeks at BBR were nothing short of extraordinary. As you can see, she was already in great shape when the challenge began, having trained consistently for years. But Elisha didn’t settle—she took her commitment to another level during those intense weeks.
Key Achievements:
Strength Gains: Elisha pushed her limits, increasing her lifts and building even more strength.
Class Dedication: She attended more classes, immersing herself in the BBR community and pushing through every workout.
Nutrition Precision: Elisha dialed in her nutrition, recognizing that true progress extends beyond the gym.
Individual Goals, Collective Inspiration: At BBR, everyone has unique goals. Elisha’s determination serves as an inspiration to others. She challenges herself daily, striving to become better and holding herself accountable. Her journey exemplifies what it means to embrace growth and transformation.
What was your first impression of BBR? What did you see or hear and how did it compare to your experience?
I was a little nervous starting group classes as it is never something I have done but I've actually really enjoyed it. I find I train harder when I have other people around me as I can't help but have a bit of a competitive streak to me
RESULTS! Thank you for being vulnerable enough to share. Can you please tell us your results since starting at BBR and in the last 6 week challenge? Weight loss? DEXA Scan? Blood work? Body fat and lean muscle? Belt sizes ? Dress sizes?
I decided to join in on this challenge after a big Christmas in Perth and NZ and came back feeling a bit fluffy 😅 unfortunately I didn't get the chance to do the DEXA or bloods but definitely will next time as I'm really interested in seeing what sticking to a meal plan has for long term health. My most biggest results was noticing my legs leaning down which has always been the biggest part of me. So proud of myself for being able to stick to the meal plan after not sticking to anything since before having my child. I wanted to see if I still had it in me to say "no" and I do :)
What other benefits have you experienced since joining BBR?
When I started at BBR I had not been able to be consistent in the gym since having my daughter. I was extremely malnourished after breastfeeding for 20months and I slowly gained up some of my strength again along with putting on a healthy amount of weight. I enjoy being able to turn up and not have to think about what day it is just turn up and the workout is there ready
What challenges did you have to overcome during the 6 Week Challenge?
I had a weekend away down south fully paid with my partners work and Gina Rinehart's 70th birthday party to attend during the challenge time but once I put my mind to something I don't find it hard to say no
What surprised you the most about your experience during the 6-week challenge?
I surprised myself at how much willpower I still have. I'm still as stubborn as ever
How did the support from the community or your fellow challenge participants contribute to your success?
I enjoyed watching everyone's successes, especially turning up to the gym and seeing others change from week to week
What strategies or habits did you develop during the challenge that you plan to continue in your fitness journey?
Meal prep is key - 7P's (proper prior planning prevents piss poor performance)
Any inspiring words for people who are considering participating in the next 6 week challenge?
People will always have something to say about your lifestyle whether you're doing a challenge or not. May as well do something for you
